https://imuga.immigration.gov.mv/traveller

The IMUGA Travel Declaration is free.

This is an information document about the tourist's travel and health, completed and submitted by the tourist based on a questionnaire.

WHERE AND WHEN TO FILL IT OUT
The travel declaration must be completed within 96 hours prior to arrival in the Maldives. After completing the declaration, the tourist will be issued a QR Code , which must be registered or printed. It must be presented to customs when crossing the border to obtain the Maldives Visa.

WHAT DATA IS CONTAINED IN THE DECLARATION
The declaration provides data on the tourist's health status, the countries he has visited in the last 2 weeks, and the places of stay in the Maldives.

WHAT PHOTO TO UPLOAD IN THE DECLARATION
A photograph of the tourist is required in the declaration.
It is necessary to take a close-up photo of the full face.
It is best to take a photo against a light background.
Look directly into the camera.
Make sure there are no red eyes and no shadows falling on your face.

Photos with part of the face hidden are not allowed, do not wear sunglasses and do not cover your face with bangs that cover your eyes.
Take pictures against a uniform background so that other objects do not fall into the frame.
You can take a photo yourself on your phone. The main thing is that the photo meets all the requirements.

HOW TO GET THE QR CODE
A QR Code is automatically generated when a tourist fills out the form, uploads their photo and confirms the trip details. The QR Code appears in the browser window. The image is saved in “png” format.

If, after completing the declaration, an error message appears, try completing the declaration again, remembering to "clear the browser cache" so that the browser does not keep previous errors.

You can check your QR Code :

Minor child: authorization to leave the country

A minor child living in France who is traveling abroad alone or unaccompanied by a parent must have an authorization to leave the country (AST). This is a form completed and signed by a parent (or legal guardian). The form must be accompanied by a photocopy of the parent's identity document.
https://www.service-public.fr/particuliers/vosdroits/F1359

A child traveling with his or her father or mother therefore does not need authorization to leave the country.
However, if the minor and the accompanying parent have different names, we advise you to bring the family record book or the authorization to leave the country signed by the parent with the same name as the child.
