A manta saved

Beautiful story in the Male North atoll. Lisa, a marine biology trainee, went diving at Rasfari. To the north of the reef, there's a cleaning station. So, chances are you'll see some mantas!

Lisa and her colleague Azim had an incredible experience. They managed to untangle a rope and a floating device that had wrapped itself around a female manta.

Congratulations to Lisa and Azim for their quick thinking and calm actions.
