During a snorkeling cruise in the Maldives, everything remains flexible. Upon arrival, our guides will propose a cruise itinerary based on your preferences, weather conditions, and the best snorkeling spots at that time.

Day 1: Male - Boarding - Veli Lagoon

Arrival at Male usually in the morning. The program for this first day depends on international flight arrival times. Welcome at the airport and pick-up by your guide. Transfer to your boat (15-minute trip). Installation on board and presentation of the boat, crew and program. Lunch on board. Sailing (1 hour) and first swim in 30°C water near a sandbank. Sailing (1h30) to the south of the atoll. Anchor and overnight in Veli lagoon.

Day 2: Felidhoo Atoll - Desert Islands

Sail to Felidhoo atoll to discover 100% Robinson islets, far from the hotel islands. After a 1.5-hour crossing, we anchor next to a sandbar. Snorkeling on the unspoiled reef amidst tropical fish. White sand beach. The captain will organize a dinghy fishing trip with the volunteers to bring back fresh fish for the cook. 10-minute sail at the end of the day to spend the night in a protected lagoon.

Day 3: Sailing south - Desert island of Anbaraa

Approx. 2-hour sail to the south of the atoll. Anchor for the day next to the deserted island of Anbaraa. The day is devoted to snorkeling and diving. The reef and drop-offs surrounding the island are absolutely superb. The corals are magnificent, with lots of fish. You'll have the chance to spot turtles and white-tip sharks.

For those who wish, one of our instructors will offer you a scuba diving baptism starting from the beach. You'll be able to learn to scuba dive under ideal conditions: 1 instructor per student, warm water, good visibility and, of course, lots of fish in the lagoon less than 5 meters deep.

Day 4: Anbaraa - Fishing village

Snorkeling and scuba diving at Anbaraa. After lunch, we sail east to the fishing village of Felidhoo. Visit the island and store in the small souvenir boutiques. We return to the boat at the end of the day and spend the night outside the lagoon.

Day 5: Desert island of Aarah - Village of Fulidhoo

We spend the morning near the deserted islets of Aarah or Hulidhoo. Snorkeling in the passes to observe the schools of fish that gather there, and Robinson-style walks on the deserted beaches. After lunch, we sail (1h30) to the atoll's northernmost island, Fulidhoo, where traditional wooden boats are built. After dinner, we can watch and take part in a Boduberu show - traditional singing and dancing to the rhythm of percussion instruments.

Day 6: South Male' atoll

Crossing from Fulidhoo Kandu to Male south atoll (2h). Snorkeling near a sandbar, with its rich fauna, including rays that can be seen on the sand. Overnight anchorage in the lagoon of a large sandbar further north. Possibility of longline fishing at dusk.

Day 7: Sandbank - Male

The morning is devoted to snorkeling, the beach and lounging... Among the corals, we'll be looking for turtles while admiring a reef full of fish for the last snorkeling outing. Sailing to approach the capital. Walking tour of Male around 4pm. We'll see Sultan Park, the historic mosque, the fish and vegetable markets and the bazaar. Return to the ship at 6pm, dinner and overnight on board. Transfer to the airport 2 hours before take-off in the event of an evening return flight.

Day 8: Departure

Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to the airport.

The itinerary is given as an indication only and may be modified according to weather conditions, sea state and participants' arrival/departure times.
